210 East 68th Street

Here goes my first building review.

210 e 68 st is unique in the sense that it provides prewar charm in large doses, but still offers amenities which are typically reserved for newer buildings. Also, 210 e 68 is one of the few prewar doorman buildings that caters to the rental market.

Because there are many unique layouts in the building, prices vary greatly. For example, the one bedrooms apartments on the K line (5K, 14K etc.) rent for about $2600-$2800, while another one bedroom apartment on the 15th floor was recently offered at $4950 (the apartment has a terrace, and a large dining area.

Amenities include: 24 hour doorman, concierge services, roof deck, laundry room and fitness center. Also, the doormen in this building are some of the best in the business. They are always courteous and helpful.

This is a pet friendly building!

The building is located just one block from the 6 train.

Prices range from $2100-$2500 for studios $2600-$5000 for one bedrooms $4500-$6500 for two bedrooms.
